GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE ONLINE ACADEMY www.cybernational.eu

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between "National Cybersecurity Academy" Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier", "We") and any visitor or registered user of the website www.cybernational.eu (domain: cybernational.eu) and related digital services, including training programs, courses, webinars and materials (collectively referred to as "Services"). By checking "I agree", creating an account or using the site, you enter into a contract with the Provider under the terms below.

II. Terms and definitions

Website – www.cybernational.eu

User/Client – any natural or legal person who uses the site, creates an account, purchases Services or subscribes.

Account – a personal profile on the Site and/or on the Platform, through which access to the purchased Services is provided.

Digital content – video lessons, recordings, presentations, templates, tests and other materials provided in electronic form without a physical medium.

Subscription/Pass – paid access to a set of Services for a certain period of time (e.g. Full Digital Pass), as well as purchasing single course.

Webinar/Live Session – an online event that can be recorded and made available as a recording after the event.

III. Applicability and acceptance of the terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users and customers of the site and the Platform.

By checking the box to agree, creating an account, making a payment, or actually using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept the Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, do not use the site and the Platform and do not purchase Services.

IV. Registration, account and access

A Site account is not required to access paid Services. Email address verification may be required.

The user is obliged to provide true, accurate and up-to-date data. We may request verification in case of suspected abuse.

Minimum age: 18 years oldPersons between the ages of 14–18 use the Services with the express consent of a parent/guardian.

Creating an account allows for easier tracking of courses taken and certificates received.

Sharing your username and password with third parties is prohibited. We may limit simultaneous logins and/or require additional authentication (e.g., two-factor authentication).

The user is responsible for the security of their devices and internet connection.

IVa. Electronic statements and communications

The contracts are concluded electronically in Bulgarian. Communication between the parties can be carried out by e-mail and through the interface of the Site/Platform.

According to the ZEDEUU and ZET, electronic statements are considered to be made by the person specified in the data provided during the order.

The statement for the conclusion of the contract and the confirmation of its receipt are considered received when the addressee has the opportunity to access them.

IVb. Technical steps for ordering

Visiting the Site and/or the portal www.cybernationl.eu.

Select a product (single course, Full Digital Pass/1+1) and add to order.

Review prices and conditions; enter data for issuing an invoice.

Select payment method (bank transfer); entering the necessary data.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookies; sending the order.

Receive automatic confirmation via email and/or in your account; activate access after successful payment.

V. Types of services and access

Products and formats offered:

Complete online program – for announced training

Single modules  – independent purchase of individual modules.

Where to watch the lectures: lectures and materials are provided mainly through Google Meet (live streaming or watching a recording). Access may require a separate login to the Platform.

Access period: The access period is specified on the product page/in the order and/or in the account. In the absence of explicit indication, access is for the duration of the program and minimum 5 days after its completion. Additional extensions may be offered at the discretion of the Provider.

Technical requirements: stable internet connection; compatible browser; possible limitations on simultaneous devices/logins.

Certificates: upon successful completion of the entire program and/or a relevant module, a certificate is issued certificate/certificate (For most of the trainings, the certificates are state-recognized by the Ministry of Education, unless explicitly stated otherwise).

We reserve the right to change the content, speakers, schedule and/or platforms used with equivalent alternatives if objectively necessary.

VI. Prices, invoicing and payment methods

Prices are announced on product pages and during the ordering process and may be in leva (BGN) and € (EUR). Цените са БЕЗ ДДС според приложимото законодателство и статуса на Доставчика.

Payment methods:

Bank transfer (including promo code option for bank payment, when active);

Products and indicative prices:

Single course ориентировъчна цена  127.82 €  / 250 лв.;

Discounts and coupons: possible periodic promotions; student discount up to 50% upon presentation of a valid document (in case of an active campaign). Discounts are not payable in cash and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Invoicing: An invoice is issued within 7 days after payment based on the correct data provided (Name/Company, UIC, VAT number, etc.) and is sent to email/accessible in the account.

We reserve the right to refuse an order/access in the event of fraud, insolvency or violation of the Terms and Conditions.

VII. Right of withdrawal (consumers under the Consumer Protection Act)

If you are user within the meaning of the ZPA, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, in 14-day period, except in the cases under item 2.

Digital content: when delivering online courses/records, the right to withdrawal does not apply, if the execution has begun with yours explicit prior consent and confirmation that you know that you lose the right of withdrawal after performance has begun.

Live sessions (webinars/classes): Free cancellation is possible up to 10 days before the start (if applicable); after this period – transfer to a later date/replacement person or partial refund, according to the terms of the specific product.

Cancellation/cancellation procedure: the application is sent to office@cybernational.eu or to the correspondence address. After our written confirmation, your registration is canceled. Refunds will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

VIII. Refund Policy and Guarantees

Recovery not due in the event of: violation of the General Terms and Conditions; sharing an account; significant consumption of content for products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply; omission due to the fault of the User (e.g. lack of equipment/internet).

With proven technical problem on our part, which objectively hinders your access, we will provide extension of access and/or proportional recovery.

IX. Program changes and substitutions

We reserve the right to do changes in curricula, lectures, lecturers, dates and formats, when necessary to improve quality or for reasons beyond our control.

In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email/in your account. If the change significantly reduces the value of the purchased Service, you may request credit/exchange for an equivalent product.

X. Intellectual Property and License to Use

All materials (video, text, images, trademarks) are subject to copyright and related rights of the Provider and/or lecturers/partners.

Upon purchase you receive non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial purposes only and only through your account.

Prohibited are: downloading/capturing/screen recording, copying, sharing files/links, public performance, resale, uploading to sharing platforms, and any form of distribution without permission.

If we suspect a violation, we may restrict your access without refund and/or take legal action.

XI. Rules of conduct and communities

It is possible to provide community/forum/chat (on the site or other platform). It is mandatory to observe good manners: no insults, threats, spam, unregulated advertising and sharing of paid content.

Recording and publicity: by participating in live sessions you agree that the event may be recorded for educational purposes. Participants may be visible in recorded materials (frame/voice/chat). If you do not wish to use it publicly of material with your image/voice for marketing purposes, send a written request to office@cybernational.eu; we will terminate future use, without obligation to remove any material already posted.

Violations result in a warning, temporary restriction or account closure no right to reimbursement for gross/repeated violations.

XII. Communications and Marketing

We can send you service messages (for orders, access, important changes). They are part of the contract and are not subject to cancellation.

Marketing messages only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via a link in the email or account settings.

XIII. Confidentiality and data protection

The supplier is personal data administrator within the meaning of the GDPR. We process personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

To provide the Services we use personal data processing partners (e.g. payment operators, cloud services). Data is only shared when necessary and on a contractual basis.

Online events can be recorded for educational purposes. By participating, you agree to the processing of your footage/voice/chat for the needs of the course. If you do not wish to be seen/heard, turn off your camera/microphone and use chat.

Rights of the subjects: right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, complaint to the CPDP.

Standard response time: up to 24 business hours/days. Delays may occur during peak times.

For problems with www.cybernational.eu: check the status of the Platform and follow the instructions from the FAQ; if necessary – contact us.

XV. Liability and warranties – disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" (as is). We do not guarantee continuity, complete fault tolerance, or compatibility with any device/software.

Trainings provide knowledge and examples, but do not guarantee specific business results (e.g. turnover, conversions, profit). You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our general responsibility to you is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Service in the last 12 months.

We are not responsible for: force majeure; actions of third parties/platforms; losses from lost profits; loss of data due to your fault.

XVI. Third-party links and services

The Site/Services may contain links to external sites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms and practices. Please review their policies before using them.

XVII. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We may update the Terms and Conditions in the event of changes in services, legislation, or for other objective reasons.

In the event of material changes, we will notify you via the site/email. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the changes.

XVIII. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The contract is attached Bulgarian law.

The parties will work out the disputes by mutual consent; if not achieved – is competent the court or another court provided for by law.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): The user can contact The Conciliation Commissions at the Civil Service Commission or to The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
