The training "Prevention of Aggression at School" is specially designed for teachers, school psychologists and pedagogical advisors from primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. Its main goal is to reduce the increasingly frequent conflicts at school. The causes of the emergence, diagnosis and transformation of conflicts, bullying and cyberbullying will be examined. Non-violent methods for dealing with violence will be presented.

Due to the complex nature of phenomena such as bullying, cyberbullying, and subtle forms of emotional and verbal abuse, each team of pedagogical specialists needs a specific conceptual model oriented towards effectively directing interventions and programs in the specific school environment:
